Return and Refund Policy

At Bidinis Bags, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. Here’s our clear and concise return and refund policy:

Return and Exchange Conditions

• Eligibility: Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receiving your purchase.
• Condition: Items must be unused, in brand-new condition, and returned with all original packaging, including the dust bag.
• Change of Mind: Returns due to a change of mind are not accepted.
• Natural Variations: Due to the handcrafted nature of our products and the natural properties of leather, variations such as creases, imperfections, scars, and color or grain differences are not considered defects. Returns based on these characteristics will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

• Customer Responsibility: The cost of returning an item is the customer’s responsibility unless the product is faulty.
• Return Fee: When we receive and inspect the returned item, if everything is in perfect condition, a USD 50 fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover the initial shipping costs.

How to Request a Return

   • Phone number
   • Reason for return
2. Response Time: We aim to reply within 48 hours to arrange the return.

Faulty Goods

• Reporting Faults: If you receive a faulty item, please email us photos and a detailed description of the issue.
• Assessment and Approval: We will assess the information provided and, if approved, cover all shipping costs for the return and replacement of the faulty item.
